3.1 The customer can choose from the various online payment options or cash payments.
Article 4. DELIVERY AND / OR COLLECTION

10.1 In case of cancellation, Sushi Ninove is entitled to charge a percentage.
In case of cancellation 72 hours before delivery / collection: 25% will be charged.
In case of cancellation 24 hours before delivery / collection: 50% will be charged.
In case of cancellation 1 hour for delivery / collection: 100% will be charged.
Article 11. FORCE MAJEURE
11.1 Force majeure means: any circumstance beyond the direct sphere of influence of Sushi Ninove by which fulfillment of the agreement can no longer reasonably be required. This could include strikes, fire, extreme weather conditions or government measures and diseases and pests on the one hand and defects in the Sushi Ninove products supplied.

12.1 Complaints about the services offered on the website can be reported to: Sushi Ninove. Complaints will be dealt with within 10 days.
Article 13. DISPUTES
13.1 On agreements between Sushi Ninove and the customer to which these general terms and conditions apply , only Belgian law applies.
